Best White-Label App Platforms for Coaches in 2026

Best White-Label App Platforms for Coaches in 2026

The best white-label app platform for a coach in 2026 is whichever one publishes your app under your own name in the App Store, not just your logo inside someone else's. By that test, My PT Hub's White Label App, ABC Trainerize Studio, Kajabi Pro, Mighty Pro and Tribed qualify. Most cheap tiers do not.

I checked every price below against the vendor's own pricing page on 28 September 2026, and rechecked the Trainerize details on 12 October 2026. I also build one of these products, so I have said plainly where another tool is the better buy.

What separates a real white-label app from a reskin?

One thing: whose developer account the app ships from. A real white-label app has its own App Store and Google Play listing under your business name, with its own reviews and its own install base. A reskin is your logo and colors inside the vendor's app, which your clients download under the vendor's name.

That difference is the whole buying decision, and most comparison posts bury it under feature checklists. Three things tell you which one you are being sold:

  • The seller name on the listing. Search the store for an existing customer of the platform. If the seller is the vendor, every client you send there lands on the vendor's page.
  • Who holds the developer account. If the app lives in the vendor's account, you cannot take the listing, the reviews or the install base with you when you leave.
  • Whether you can export member data. Emails, payment records and progress history should be yours to download on day one, not on request.

I wrote the longer version of that test in what a white-label coaching app actually is. The short version: if you cannot find your own name as the seller, you are renting.

What are the best white-label app platforms for coaches in 2026?

Six platforms are worth your time, and they sort by what they are built to run rather than by price. Every figure here comes from the vendor's public pricing page, checked on 28 September 2026.

1. My PT Hub: the clearest published price for a real store listing

My PT Hub sells the store listing as a line item instead of hiding it in a sales call. Its pricing page lists Starter at $25 a month, Premium at $59 and Ultimate at $215, plus a Custom Branded App at a $95 one-time fee and a White Label App at $145 a month on Premium and above. The White Label App is the tier that gets you your own App Store and Google Play listing under your business name.

2. ABC Trainerize: cheapest branded app, own Apple listing on Studio

Trainerize has the lowest published cost of entry on this list. Its pricing page shows Basic free, Grow at $9 a month, Pro 5 at $23 and Studio Plus at $248. Those are the plan-card figures; the same page's FAQ and comparison table list other numbers ($10, $25 and $275), so confirm the price before you sign. The custom branded app is a one-time $169 setup fee on Pro, but Trainerize's branded app page says Pro ships on an "ABC Trainerize shared Apple Store listing", with your own Google Play listing. Your own Apple listing starts at Studio, where the branded app is included at no extra cost. For a programming-heavy fitness practice, Studio is hard to beat.

3. Everfit: strong coaching tools, branding gated behind Enterprise

Everfit's pricing page lists a free Starter for up to 5 clients, Pro from $16 a month billed annually and Studio from $88. The white-label solution sits on Enterprise, which is custom-priced and aimed at 500-plus clients, so a solo coach will not reach it. Watch the modules as well: Meal Plans and Recipe Books run $33 a month, Autoflow automation $24 and Payments and Packages $8, each billed annually on top of the plan.

4. Kajabi Pro: best if your business is already a course library

Kajabi lists Basic at $179 a month, Growth at $249 and Pro at $499. The branded mobile app arrives on Pro, and Kajabi's own pricing page calls it a "$199/mo value" included in that tier. If your programs are already sold and hosted on Kajabi, upgrading is far less work than migrating. The delivery model is the real question, and I compared it in coaching app vs online course.

5. Mighty Pro: community-first, price on request

Mighty Networks lists Launch at $79 a month, Scale at $179 and Growth at $354. Branded iOS and Android apps are available only on Mighty Pro, and Mighty Pro is quoted rather than published, so ask for the number in your first call. If your business is a paid community built on events and discussion, Mighty is built for exactly that and will fit better than a workout-first platform.

6. Tribed: the method as daily practice, with an AI trained on it

Tribed is coaching infrastructure that gives a coach their own branded app: member accounts, content delivery, progress tracking, community, payments, App Store distribution and an AI author trained on the coach's method, all under the coach's name. 140-plus expert-led communities run on it, including The 80/10/10 Diet with Dr. Douglas Graham, Menopause and Midlife With Petra, and The Emotional Marriage Method by Sara Freed. The build is free and you pay only once the app is live.

What does a white-label coaching app really cost in 2026?

The platform fee is not the bill. A real store listing also costs $99 a year to Apple for the Developer Program and a one-time $25 registration fee to Google Play, and that money goes to Apple and Google rather than to your platform. Apple's enrollment page adds two details worth knowing before you start: enrolling as an organization requires a D-U-N-S number, and enrolling as an individual puts your personal legal name on the listing as the seller.

Then come the modules. On Everfit, meal plans, automation and payments add $65 a month at annual billing before a branded app enters the picture at all. On Trainerize, nutrition and other add-ons sit outside the $23 Pro 5 plan. Advertised entry prices and real monthly bills are different numbers, and the gap is where most coaches get surprised. That arithmetic is why I stopped buying tools one at a time, and I published the real figures in what replacing $340 a month of SaaS actually cost me.

Which platform fits your kind of coaching?

Pick by what your clients do every day, not by feature count. Four honest routes:

  1. You program workouts for 1:1 and small-group clients. Buy ABC Trainerize or Everfit, and pick Trainerize Studio if you want your own Apple listing. They cost less than everything else here, and their exercise libraries and programming tools are better than mine. This is not a case where you need infrastructure.
  2. Your catalog already sells on Kajabi. Upgrade to Kajabi Pro at $499 a month. Staying where your checkout and email already live beats a migration.
  3. Your business is a paid community. Go to Mighty Pro, and get the quote early, because that number decides it.
  4. Your method is a daily practice members follow for months. This is the case for real infrastructure: entitlements, progress tracking, push, payments and an AI that answers in your voice at 11pm, in an app that carries your name.

What do none of these platforms give you?

A branded app does not make money on its own. Paywall tests, onboarding flows, notification timing, win-back offers and pricing experiments are what turn installs into subscriptions, and no platform on this list runs them for you. I counted the nine systems a subscription app needs before launch in what an app actually needs to make money.

That gap is the work my own agents do after a launch: one tests paywalls and pricing, one drafts the weekly newsletter in the coach's voice, one answers routine member questions from the coach's own library. It is also why I do not think a template with your logo on it counts as finished software.

If Trainerize is the platform you are weighing, I compared it head to head in Trainerize vs a branded coaching app.

FAQ

What is the cheapest white-label coaching app in 2026?

ABC Trainerize, with a catch. Its branded app is a one-time $169 fee on Pro, and Pro 5 is $23 a month on the plan cards in October 2026. Pro shares Trainerize's Apple listing. Your own Apple listing starts at Studio.

Will my app be in the App Store under my own name?

Only if the platform publishes to a listing under your business name. My PT Hub's $145 a month White Label App and Trainerize Studio do. Trainerize Pro shares the Trainerize Apple listing, and logo-only branding does not count.

Do I need my own Apple Developer account?

Someone needs one. The Apple Developer Program costs $99 a year and Google Play charges a one-time $25 registration fee. Apple requires a D-U-N-S number to enroll as an organization.

Is Kajabi a white-label app platform?

Partly. Kajabi includes a branded mobile app on its Pro plan at $499 a month, which its pricing page calls a $199 a month value. It is built around a course library rather than daily coaching.

Should I have a custom app built instead?

Rarely. A custom build leaves you owning maintenance forever. A platform that publishes under your own name gets you the same ownership without carrying an engineering team.

What should I ask a vendor before signing?

Three questions: whose developer account the app ships from, who owns the member emails and payment records, and what the monthly bill looks like with every module I need switched on.
