COURSES & APP

Relationship education you can use between conversations.

Sara Freed’s learning ecosystem combines structured courses, self-guided relationship tools, and practical exercises for communication, emotional safety, conflict repair, and connection.

FLAGSHIP COURSE

The Emotional Marriage Method

A structured course built around one central idea: couples often stay stuck because they keep fighting the visible problem while missing the emotional cycle underneath it.

The curriculum focuses on inherited patterns, recurring cycles, emotional safety, translating pain, repair after rupture, marriage after children, feeling important again, and creating a safer relational atmosphere.

COURSE FRAMEWORK

Eight modules. One connected transformation.

01

The Marriage You Inherited

Understand emotional programming, family-of-origin models, survival roles, and the patterns brought into adult relationships.

02

Why Couples Repeat Cycles

Map recurring fights, pursuer-withdrawer dynamics, escalation, and the loop that keeps both partners stuck.

03

Emotional Safety vs. Threat

Learn what emotional safety feels like and how threat responses change communication and connection.

04

Translating the Pain

Practice hearing the emotional meaning beneath anger, silence, criticism, defensiveness, and withdrawal.

05

Repair After Rupture

Build accountability, repair conversations, reconnection rituals, and a clearer path back after conflict.

06

Marriage After Children

Protect friendship and partnership through identity shifts, exhaustion, parenting demands, and changing priorities.

07

Feeling Important Again

Restore appreciation, emotional responsiveness, significance, and the experience of feeling seen and chosen.

08

Building a Home That Feels Safe

Create sustainable emotional habits, a shared marriage vision, and the relational atmosphere you want your family to remember.

CLINICALLY INFORMED

Three established approaches inform the learning design.

CBT-informed

Notice automatic thoughts, interpretations, emotional reactions, and behavior patterns. Practice reframing and more intentional responses.

Imago-informed

Use structured listening, mirroring, validation, empathy, curiosity, and dialogue that helps each partner feel more fully heard.

Gottman-informed

Draw on friendship, turning toward, conflict management, repair, trust, commitment, shared meaning, and principles from the Sound Relationship House framework.

These are educational and coaching applications of established approaches. The app and course are not psychotherapy and do not replace licensed mental-health care when that is needed.

SELF-GUIDED APP

A place to practice between conversations.

The app is being developed as a subscription-based self-guided coaching and relationship-education experience with practical tools for communication, emotional regulation, conflict repair, reflection, and connection.

Its role is different from private coaching: it gives people smaller, repeatable practices they can return to on their own, while premium courses offer a deeper structured learning path.

PREFER PERSONAL GUIDANCE?

Self-guided tools are one path. Private coaching is another.
