One regimen. Five practices.
Two decades of rigorous research and systematic self-experimentation, distilled into a single daily protocol: fasting, dietetics, exercise, education, and meditation, practiced together as one enlightened asceticism.
The anatomy of the Regimen
Each component stands on the scientific corpus of the Age Inhibition Regimen. Each is practiced daily. None is optional.
FastingThe 23-hour fast
The day is built around a daily fast of 23 hours, 21 for those in transition. No calorie-bearing food or drink passes the lips within the fasting window. The fast is the regimen's engine of metabolic repair: it lowers glycation, disciplines appetite, and sharpens the mind.
DieteticsOne deliberate meal
A single nighttime meal, taken over the course of about an hour. Wholly plant-based, calorically restrained at roughly 1500 kilocalories, low in glycotoxins and abundant in antioxidants, supported by targeted supplementation and the prescribed aliksirs of the Amen Apothecary.
ExerciseAerobic morning, resistant evening
Aerobic work opens the day and resistance training closes it. The training follows structured cycles of push, pull, and leg emphasis, in the tradition that carried the Architekton to a world deadlift championship while fasting.
EducationDaily study
The practitioner studies the corpus of the Age Inhibition Regimen as a daily discipline. Understanding is part of the prescription: the regimen asks for informed adherence, not blind obedience.
MeditationAmenistic contemplation
Regular contemplative practice, drawing on the classical yogic tradition of Patanjali and on the Architekton's own Amen Meditation. It tempers craving, steadies the emotions, and prepares the mind for the austerities of the path.
A day in the Regimen
The regimen orders the entire day. Practice by practice, the app walks you through it.
Aerobic exercise, fasted
The day opens with aerobic work performed in the fasted state, followed by study or contemplation.
The fast holds
Water and non-caloric fluids only. Work, study, and meditation proceed with the clarity the fast confers.
Resistance training
The day's second training session: structured resistance work following the regimen's six-day cycle.
The meal
The single meal, taken deliberately over about an hour. Plant-based, measured, and unhurried.
The score
The day ends with the Amen Regimen Score: adherence, physical energy, and mental focus, recorded in the app.
Step-by-step instruction
Inside the app, the regimen unfolds as a guided curriculum. Begin with fundamentals, transition at your own pace, then take on the advanced cycles.
Keep the Regimen.
The full curriculum, the daily prescriptions, and the Amen Regimen Score live in the app. Begin with the fundamentals and let the regimen do the organizing.
