Question 1

I have never tried hypnosis. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You simply relax and listen. Glenn guides you into a deeply relaxed state, and the first week shows you exactly how to get the most from each session.

Question 2

What if I fall asleep?

Accepted Answer

That is fine and very common. Your unconscious mind still takes in the suggestions, even if you never hear the end.

Question 3

How soon will I notice a change?

Accepted Answer

It differs for everyone. Some changes are instant, some are a gradual shift over time. Most people notice something after a few listens.

Question 4

Is it right for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Never listen while driving or operating machinery. The recordings are not designed for anyone with epilepsy or severe mental health issues. If you are unsure, check with a medical professional first. 3 2 1
