Is this a real app I install on my phone?

Yes. After joining, you use the community inside a mobile app on your phone, so Amy's guidance, prompts, and community space are easy to access wherever you are.

How many minutes a day does it take?

Plan for 10 to 15 minutes a day for reflection, lessons, or a community check-in. You can go deeper when you have more space, but the work is designed to fit into a full leadership life.
