Question 1

Do I have to track my food?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Completely, consistently and concisely. It is not a diet. It is the only way either of you can see what is actually happening.

Question 2

How fast will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Slower than the industry promised you. Expect an eight month commitment to yourself, not an eight week period. Four weeks in you will know what you are doing. That is the point of the first four weeks.

Question 3

Is this a meal plan or a workout program?

Accepted Answer

Neither. It is coaching. Your training program and your nutrition guidance come from Aram through your check-ins. The app is where you live it every day.

Question 4

What if I have a bad day?

Accepted Answer

You tell him. That is the whole deal. A bad day logged honestly is useful. A good day made up is not. He can only coach what you tell him.
